The products, the processes and the technologies that Idrabel Italia S.r.l. has designed, developed and realised have been successfully applied in many fields, such as :

Main fields of application of IDRABEL technologies

OIL INDUSTRY

  • BioRecOil Process patent N. WO02062495 directed to recover hydrocarbons from bottom sludge in oil storage tanks. This tank cleaning technology is directed to provide a profitable solution for the bottom sludge management in the oil industry.
  • VOC control system (patent pending) directed to remove emissions produced by volatile organic compounds, to reduce the risk of fire/explosion and to eliminate foul odours.
  • Heavily polluted industrial waste waters treatment and stabilization directed to remove recalcitrant organic pollutants (MTBE, PAH, chlorine- based compounds, benzene, oils, etc.)
  • Remediation of soils and sediments polluted by hydrocarbons, organic compounds and heavy metals by means of “customised” technologies, products and processes that involve in situ treatments and/or pollutant recovery according to the specific needs and situations.
