Legislative Decree N° 196, June 30, 2003 and further modifications

EC DIRECTIVE ON PRIVACY AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS Processing of personal data and privacy protection

 

W inform you that Legislative Decree No.  196, June 30, 2003 ("Personal Data Protection Code") provides for the protection of persons and other individuals regarding personal data processing.
Under that legislation, the processing of personal data shall follow principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your privacy and your rights.
Consistent with Article 13 of Legislative Decree  196, June 30, 2003, we provide the following information:

 1.  Purposes and methods of personal data processing
 The personal data provided will be used exclusively for purposes strictly connected and instrumental to answer your inquiries and request of information and shall be restricted to what is required for the purposes listed below: 
 - insert your personal data in our the data base;
 - provide the required information;
 - recording of financial transactions;
 - management of billing;
 - comply with EC civil law and tax regulations;
  Personal data submitted will be processed manually and/or by automated systems and shall be carried out only by Idrabel personnel in charge, to guarantee security and confidentiality, in accordance with privacy regulation. 

 2.  Refusal to submit personal
 Providing your personal data is “mandatory” to meet your requirements as well as to comply with the law.
The refusal to provide your personal data will cause the impossibility for us to answer your inquiry.

 3.  Communication and dissemination of data
 Your personal data will be disclosed for purposes above mentioned, in compliance with the requirements set forth by privacy law in force:
 - to all natural and legal persons (legal offices, administrative, fiscal, labor, data centers, chambers of commerce, labor rooms and offices, pension funds and assistance, trade associations etc..);
 - to banks for management of billing;
 - to our employees or third parties, expressly appointed by the Data Controller as Data Processor, and the individuals in charge for the data processing acting under his authority;
The data you submit may be transmitted abroad, only to controlled and affiliated companies of Idrabel Italia Srl, service companies, consultants, contractors, for purposes above mentioned, in compliance with the requirements set forth by privacy law in force.
Your personal data will not be matter of dissemination. 

 4.  Privacy policy
 We remind you that you are entitle to exercise all rights granted by Article 7 of Italian Law N° 196/2003  
 
You are entitled to request access, updating, rectification, cancellation of personal data, refuse the storage of or access to that information, oppose in whole or in part on legitimate grounds to the data processing, refuse sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communications, by e-mailing at Idrabel@Idrabel.it  or by any other intelligible communication to Idrabel Italia Srl, Via Molinero 4, Savona 17100, Italy, where Mr. Claudio Guietti appointed as Representative of Idrabel and responsible of this procedure is domiciled too.
